Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Legendaire Hospitalite LLC, doing business as StayRadar ("StayRadar," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our software application and website at stayradar.app (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who this applies to
StayRadar is a business-to-business tool. The Service is intended only for use by businesses or business representatives over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you purchase a subscription, we receive your name, email address, billing address, and payment-card details. Payment-card details are collected and processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see your full card number.
Service configuration
To operate the Service for you, our app stores on your local computer (and not on our servers) information you enter, including: your business name, hotel/property details, sender signature info, and the email address you connect for sending.
Prospect and email content
Prospect lists you maintain (names, email addresses, companies, segment) live in a spreadsheet on your local computer. When you send an email through the Service, the email's draft prompt is transmitted to our proxy server so we can generate it via our AI provider. We do not store the email content or prospect data on our servers beyond the time needed to generate and return the email.
Usage data
To enforce per-license quotas and prevent abuse, our proxy server records: license key, request timestamp, AI provider response status, and a daily counter. We do not associate this data with the content of your emails.
Google account data
If you connect Gmail through the Service, we use Google OAuth to obtain a token that lets the Service send mail on your behalf and detect replies. The OAuth token is stored on your local computer only. We never receive your Google password.
3. How we use information
- To provide and operate the Service, including AI-generated email personalization
- To process subscription payments and issue refunds where applicable
- To enforce daily sending quotas and per-license usage limits
- To send you transactional emails (welcome message, license key, billing receipts, service announcements)
- To respond to support requests and improve the Service
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service
4. Who we share information with
We share information only with the third-party service providers required to operate the Service. We do not sell your information to anyone.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.
5. Where data lives
Most of your data — including prospect lists, email content, Gmail OAuth tokens, and configuration — lives on your local computer and never reaches our servers. The data that does reach our servers (license usage counters, billing info) is processed in the United States.
6. Data retention
We retain account and billing records for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days after cancellation, after which we delete or anonymize identifying information except where law requires longer retention (e.g., for tax records).
Usage logs (daily quota counters) are retained for 48 hours after the day they belong to, then automatically deleted.
Email content sent through our AI proxy is not stored after the response is returned to your app.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted secrets storage on our infrastructure, and least-privilege access to our systems. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
8. Your rights
You may at any time:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated information (subject to legal/tax-record exceptions)
- Cancel your subscription, which stops future processing of your data through our service

9. Cookies and tracking
Our marketing website (stayradar.app) does not use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising pixels. The desktop application does not phone home with usage telemetry beyond the per-license daily counter described above.
10. International users
The Service is hosted in the United States. By using the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have done so, we will delete the information.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are material, we'll notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
